Refund and Returns Policy

Reflection Period

  • You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason
  • This reflection period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you, has received the product
  • Within this period, you can evaluate the product as you would in a physical store

Exceptions to Right of Return

  • Personalized review cards cannot be returned
  • Products that have been customized for your specific situation
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken

Return Procedure

  1. Report your return via our contact form on the website or by email
  2. You will receive a confirmation with return instructions
  3. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging
  4. Include the completed return form
  5. Send the package to our return address
  6. Keep the shipping proof until the return has been processed

Return Conditions

  • The product is unused
  • The product is complete
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • All original labels and cards are still present
  • The product shows no damage

Return Costs

  • The costs for returning are at your expense
  • These costs are approximately € 6.95 (within the Netherlands)
  • We will reimburse the return costs in case of incorrect delivery or damaged product

Refund

  • After receiving your return, we will check the product
  • Upon approval, you will receive the purchase amount back within 5 working days
  • We refund via the same payment method you used to pay
  • The original shipping costs are also refunded if you return the entire order

Warranty

Warranty Period

  • All our products are covered by statutory warranty
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects
  • The warranty period starts on the day of receipt

What is Covered by Warranty?

  • Printing errors that do not match your order
  • Material defects
  • Production errors
  • Color deviations that significantly differ from the shown examples

What is Not Covered by Warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper use
  • Damage due to external factors (water, fire, etc.)
  • Small color differences between different production batches
  • Damage caused by not following usage instructions

Warranty Procedure

  1. Report the defect as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp
  2. Add photos of the defect
  3. We will assess your warranty claim within 2 working days
  4. Upon acceptance, you will receive instructions for return
  5. After receipt, you will receive a replacement product or refund

Warranty Handling

  • There are no costs for you in case of a valid warranty claim
  • We reimburse the shipping costs for returning
  • You will receive a replacement product or a refund
  • For replacements, we aim for a delivery time of maximum 5 working days
